• Always start with a sharpened pencil.
• Pencil applied to the top lash line creates the effect of dense lashes.
• Soften the liner by placing it close to a light bulb for a short time.
• The key to creating a smoky eye is to blend well. Use a light hand as it’s easy to make the eye darker, but pretty hard to make it lighter without starting over.
