Instructions
1. Cleanse the eyebrows effectively with our RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover. Eyebrows must be clean, oil-free, and dry.
2. Mix 2 cm paste + 20-25 drops Oxidant 3% cream. Mix at least 2 minutes until the paste becomes creamy. If it is not creamy enough, add some drops of Oxidant cream. Afterwards, apply to the eyebrows.
3. Application time: depending on the desired lightning effect:
-5 minutes: one shade lighter
-12 minutes: two shades lighter
-20 minutes: three shades lighter
4. Remove bleaching paste with RefectoCil Micellar Eye Make-up Remover.
